- Book your slot — Pay and confirm your package and wardrobe areas (multiple areas can be selected)
- Discovery conversation — We map your lifestyle, occasions, preferences and colour direction in detail
- Full wardrobe audit — We go through everything you own, in-person and/or virtually, identifying what stays, what goes and what’s missing
- Shopping — We take you on an in-person shopping trip and/or curate virtual recommendations for all gaps; you approve everything
- Styling session — We build all 60 looks using your full wardrobe — new and existing — with complete accessory, layering and colour guidance
- Grooming/makeup session — Complimentary session included to complete your overall look
- Receive your PDF — All looks documented and delivered within 5 days
